All four endings

Ending 1 — My Boyfriend Is the Best

The title is “ENDING 01: My boyfriend is the best.” Refuse the stranger’s pill on the first night to stay on the quiet route. The later “Don’t” scalpel branch also leads back toward this ending. Sammi’s checklist recommends high Adrian affection, low Ian affection, refusing Ian’s pill and taking Adrian’s later pill. The epilogue is a newspaper praising Adrian; the hospital and award are fictional story details.

Ending 2 — Nobody’s Home

The title is “ENDING 02: Nobody’s Home.” Take the first-night pill to investigate, continue to the escape sequence, then leave without completing the successful rescue call. Without the key or correct address, you cannot complete the phone route. The ending newspaper reports Adrian’s disappearance. If you want the phone outcomes instead, read the package before leaving the house and obtain the key.

Ending 3 — The Empty Cage

The title is “ENDING 03: The Empty Cage.” Take Ian’s pill, avoid Adrian’s later pill, use the scalpel, survive the struggle and collect the key at Adrian score -3 or lower. Read the package, unlock the phone room and complete the call. Keep Ian below 40 for this outcome. See the key and the number and address. The epilogue takes place during hospital recovery.

Ending 4 — Moving Forward

The title is “ENDING 04: Moving Forward.” Complete the same key and rescue-call route as ending 3, while keeping Ian at 40 or higher. Outside2 tests ianRelation>=40 and sends that branch to IanRoute2, which reaches ED4. Be cold to Adrian but kind to Ian; they have separate scores. The affection page explains the confirmed thresholds.

Failing a timer is described as a game over, not a fifth ending. No source I checked mentions a hidden fifth ending.

What I checked

I checked the four ENDING strings in ED1, ED2, ED3 and ED4 from the official macOS 1.0.1 resources. I also checked Searching and Outside2 for the key and final relationship gates, and cross-referenced Sammi’s route checklist. This is direct resource evidence, not a claim of completing four playthroughs.
